you need a android phone that has a root access, and use globe prepaid sim card, this is a globe magic ip trick and working for all android phone, you can stream in youtube and download big and large files. follow below steps given by aboyjulius and bodohbodoh.

APN: http.globe.com.ph
PROXY: 185.26.181.241 or 186.16.241.241
PORT: 80
AUTHENTICATION TYPE: PAP OR NONE
APN TYPE: NONE
> Connect
> Install and Folow auto proxy settings:
PROXY HOST: 185.26.181.241 or 186.16.241.241
PORT: 80

Sir, kahapon gumagana ito, tapos sinubukan ko yung may kasamang droid auto ip atsaka proxydroid kaso hindi gumana, so bumalik ako dito pero ito na yung lumalabas sa tubemate.
