but I'm really confused, why this new dashboard only for wcdma network preferred ? it's in 3G, isn't it ? how about HSPA+, can that new dashboard support it ?
cause my device for HSPA+ (huawei e3131), do you think that dashboard can slower my connection ?

yes wcdma is in 3g, if your hardware like huawei e3131 is in HSPA+ it will not affect the dashboard, i mean it will detect the location signal, so its fine.
