Step 1: Punta po kau dito sa site nila http://s1.wepn.info/ bookmark nyo narin para 1 click lang
Step 2: Click nyo ung I Agree
Step 3:Kunin ang USERNAME at PASSWORD
Note:Pag click nyo ng i agree pag kinuha nyo ung Username at password dapat 5 mins naiconnect nyo na pag hindi request ulit ng bago!
Step 4: Ilagay ang nakuhang Username at Password sa pass.txt
Step 5: Good to go! Connect.. Mag DL to sawa at Mag OL na maghapon xD

2. Magregister sa Finch CLICK HERE
3. Mag log-in and GO HERE
4. Download kayo ng config (Port 53 over UDP para sa mga VISMIN area) at be sure nan naka check yung Include my username and password (API KEY) before clicking the Download Button)
5. Extract nyo yung nadownload na config sa \Finch\ Finch VPN.Create.new.account\data\config.. be sure na kasama yung ” account.key”

1st pick and download .ovpn vpn config above, then extract it in any location you want:

remember to put the password: t0y3ng

2nd in my sample, i extract it in my desktop, then enter to folder Shade.you\data\config, copy all the files in the config folder

3rd paste it in the OpenVPN Portable 2.3.2 with TAP Driver 9.0.0.9 Folder inside OpenVPNPortable 2.3.2\data\config

* How to connect?

1. Connect First your Dashboard – Follow SmartBro Sim Card Modem Settings First, then >  a smartbro sim card with 2 pesos regular load, then follow the apn settings below: As you can see, i use the apn: internet, just follow the NetConfig.ini

2. Immediately Connect your VPN  you can see it in notification bar before the clock

3. If you see "WARNING....." or ''Initial packet'' disconnect your  Dashboard then Reconnect again your dashboard

4. If your Dashboard is already connected wait 2 seconds then re-connect your vpn

5.You will see again the "WARNING....." or ''Initial packet''...wait 5 to 10 seconds until it says successfully connected to server
