- Create new network profile.
Then follow below Screen Shot image. In general tab click dialling rules. You can use the area code of laguna which is 4029 or anything you known a area code.
- In Connect Using: just pick your usb modem you are using

- If you are using chap then uncheck only "Unencrypted password (PAP).
then if you are using PAP, check only PAP.
- then save
> If still unable modem connect. Proceed to next profile setting 2.

> Connect your modem. Then you can see your modem now connected.
> If not just click connect at most 10 times.

I can see what you've done here to forcefully connect your sim card. But what's the point of adding these services to a modem which is locked or designed to run only with particular SIM card, but why to hassle, when you can use Unlocked USB modems instead of wired broadband devices! I believe these devices are available in cheap prices. Though your tricks might be working but it's just a better way to get internet from the usb devices I believe.
