This new free vpn named Chinese New Year VPN by bawalnaA4S working on Smart Bro sim card on all over the Philippines, If your from Luzon use the pakain trick, visayas and mindanao location still use the udp port 53. I have already test this, and I changed the rport from 8080 to 53, See screenshot below:

* How to connect?
1. Connect First your Dashboard – > a smartbro sim card with 2 pesos regular load, then follow the apn settings below: As you can see, i use the apn: internet, just follow the NetConfig.ini, if you have a dashboard which is not like the same in the sample, just find and use the APN below
2. Immediately Connect your VPN you can see it in notification bar before the clock
3. When you see it already green. you may now browse for free the internet
